The Bone Rongeur is used to trim sharp bony edges, remove alveolar spicules and contour the socket margin after extraction or during alveoloplasty. Precision-ground cupped jaws take a clean bite of bone rather than crushing it, which helps preserve a smooth ridge profile and supports uneventful soft tissue healing over the site.
